If you are thinking about giving your kitchen cabinets an update, you"ll need to decide the best color for your space! Cabinet trends for 2022 will change just a bit from 2021. Mainly, warm colors are making a comeback! I'll outline a few popular trends below!
White Cabinets are NOT going away!
This is a trend that is here to stay and 80% of what we paint are white cabinets! White is classic but so far in 2021 and coming in 2022 you'll start to see white being warmed up more with brass/gold hardware including faucets, knobs and handles! I personally LOVE this trend and plan on using brass in my own kitchen. Brass is really going to warm up your space, no matter what color you choose for your cabinets.
Two Tone Kitchens
Also called "Tuxedo kitchens" is also another trend that has been around for a while but I think you'll start to see more in 2022. Adding a pop of color to your kitchen used to be all about having an island a different color. This has gradually moved to now doing your upper and lower cabinets two different colors. Popular colors for the bottom will include blues, grays, and greens!
Gray
We've been seeing gray cabinets for a while now but the trend is moving more towards a warm gray now. Pair your gray with brass or gold hardware for a winning combination!
Clean look
One other look you will start to see more of in 2022 will be clean lines for a more modern look. Clean, sleek doors with no profile. Again, paired with some amazing hardware and you've got a look that will wow anyone who visits
