Welcoming the FALL weather!

Writer: jennifer ralljennifer rall

Our weather has been so crazy for the past couple of weeks, but I took full advantage of the first cold day and whipped up some beef vegetable soup in my pressure cooker! Guys....if you don't have a pressure cooker or an Instant Pot you are missing out!

Nothing about this post is about painting, but its about something that might help someone else, and that's ok with me! So here's my list of ingredients!

1-2 lbs beef stew meat

2 cans diced tomotoes

1-2 pkgs of frozen diced carrots, onions, and celery

4 C. chopped cabbage

4 c. water

2 pkgs beef bullion seasoning (See picture below)

I usually brown my meat in the bottom of the pressure cooker first, then I add all my ingredients, juice and all. Set the cooker to soup and let it cook! This is the perfect comfort food on a cold day! As an added bonus, with a little planning you can get a meal prepared.......and do some painting!!
