Have you ever wondered what the best paint and primer is to use on your own kitchen cabinets? The question I get asked most often is what kind of paint do I use and how do I apply it? I really have no problem letting you know the paint and primer I use, but its really important that you know how to USE that paint!
I realize there are probably many of you out there that would like to tackle this job yourself and are looking for a little guidance. I was there once. I searched and did my research on how to apply and what kind of paint to use! Now I can give my advice to other people!
We have about 4-6 steps we do every time we paint. Without proper prep and application, you'll never have a long lasting, quality paint job. Your kitchen is one of the most important places in your house. Its the gathering place and the hub of your home. PLUS....having an updated kitchen helps with resale! make the investment in your home!
I am happy to announce my new cabinet painting video can be purchased right here! You'll learn all the steps to having a long lasting paint job. Plus, how to glaze your doors!

The primer I use most often is Benjamin Moore Fresh Start. This is a great all around primer and does a great job of hiding most stains. The paint I've been using for 5 years is Advance.
Benjamin Moore advance paint is not like most paints. It is water based, but ACTS like an oil based paint, so there is a learning curve to applying it!

I've made the process easy by giving you all this information in my painting video, supply list, and information sheet!
Good luck on your cabinet painting project, and I'd love to see your project!
